My partner is diabetic with higher than desired glucose readings. His doctor told him to cut down carbs The problem is that he LOVES his pasta. I got him Skinny Pasta hoping he will switch over to that. Only time will tell if he will.

The texture is great, rinse with hot water for 1 minute and it is then tasteless and perfect to receive whatever sauce you desire. I can now enjoy eating Alfredo, spaghetti, 5 ways and more without all the extra calories. If you're dieting to lose weight this is a game changer.
