Refund policy

As a provider of food products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer returns or provide refunds. This policy is in place due to the nature of our product, which is perishable and cannot be resold once opened. We prioritize the safety and quality of our food items, and for this reason, we cannot assure refunds for opened products.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we recommend carefully reviewing your order upon receipt. If you encounter any issues such as receiving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will promptly address the matter and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

It's important to note that there are certain exceptions and non-returnable items. Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants, cannot be returned. Additionally, custom products, personalized items, beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also ineligible for returns. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

If you reside within the European Union, please be aware of the 14-day cooling off period. This means that if your merchandise is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason, without needing to provide a justification. However, the item must still meet the criteria of being unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your return is accepted, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the item. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.
